Quick Change Tooling Bar Assemblies
The slide-out and pivot configuration of the tooling bar assemblies reduce tooling bar changeover time on the tension stand and on the recoiler overarm to seconds because setups can be configured offline while the tension unit and overarm separator are in service. Changeover is performed crane free and changing fixtures are lightweight aluminum.
