Our equipment design team has been focusing on new innovative designs that offer our customers increased levels of automation and reliability. Our new pallet dispenser is an example of things to come. This pallet dispenser does not have any hydraulics, large bore pneumatic cylinders or complicated framework associated with it. This design also lends itself to different size pallets and gives you options for pallet flow, either straight through or 90 degrees.
The Pattern Conveyor has also received a recent new design. The new design offers higher production speeds, lower maintenance, more reliable controls and less product damage. The old pop-up rollers have been replaced by low friction plastic belts which turn the bundles by changing the belt speeds. This newly redesigned Pattern Conveyor is part of the new 50 bundle per minute Shingle Bundle Palletizing System.
