Servo Conversion for the Palletizer Shuttle

Reichel & Drews introduces a new servo conversion for your palletizer shuttle that will help you profit from greater up time, reduced maintenance costs, better packaging and improved operator control.

Prior to this new upgrade, a pneumatic circuit was used. This sometimes made it dificult to control shuttle speed and length and could result in unmanageable shingle stacks for packaging.

This servo upgrade provides numerous benefits. The servo control unit allows for human interface, allowing the operator to fine-tune the shuttle speed and length when necccessary. The new upgrade also allows eight different set-ups to be programmed into the servo control unit. This means operators can pre-set the most frequently used in and out going speeds and lengths.
